Notice of Application for Removal of Trust From
the Register
The liquidation of the above-named trust has been completed and the final report and statement of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, together with a request that the trust be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
