Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Stephen Charles Grey, liquidator of HUNTINGWOOD INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Van Den Brink House,
Level 2, 652 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland, hereby give notice that, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 30 April 2013.
