Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Simon John Thorn and David Ian Ruscoe, liquidators of R E MORRIS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level 15, Grant Thornton House, 215 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6011, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar of Companies our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 8 May 2013.
