Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
We, Bethan Joshi and Julie Lamb, liquidators of NZ RECYCLING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 11 Torrens Terrace, Wellington, hereby give notice, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 6 May 2013.
