Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator’s final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended
to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of these companies, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by 30 April 2013.
