QUINPUNA INVESTMENTS LIMITED hereby gives notice that it intends, after 30 April 2013 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date this notice is published), to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Delaware in the United States of America.
