I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 293(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1955.
They were put into liquidation but I have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.

TIMBERLINE LIMITED 601566.
WINSTONE PROPERTY (HILLSIDE) LIMITED 120220.
Unless, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, written objections to the removal of any of the above-named companies is delivered to the Registrar by 25 April 2013 (being not less than 28 days from the date of this notice), the Registrar will remove the companies from the Register.
