Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that application is to be made to
the Registrar of Companies that the above-named companies be removed from the Companies Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on
the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties
in relation to the liquidations, that the final reports and accounts required by section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent to the creditors and shareholders of the companies and that copies of the final reports and accounts have been sent or delivered to the Registrar for registration.
Any person may object to the removal of any of the companies from the Register under section 321 of the Act.
Any objections must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 April 2013.
