Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Andrew James Bethell and James Lawry MacQueen, liquidators of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at BDO Auckland, Level 8, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed
with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals of these companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 28 March 2013.
