Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, John Albert Price, liquidator of the above-named companies hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the final reports on the liquidations in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to their removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than
26 March 2013.
