Notice of Application to Seek Approval of Scheme
Pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Notice is hereby given that Callum MacDonald, in his capacity as trustee of THE PEOPLE'S WORSHIP IN FREEDOM MISSION TRUST, has made an application to the High Court at Auckland for the approval of a scheme.
The applicant has commenced proceedings seeking approval, pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, of
a scheme under which Callum MacDonald seeks to vary
the terms of THE PEOPLE'S WORSHIP IN FREEDOM MISSION TRUST deed.
The date set down for the hearing of the application is
16 September 2013 at 11.45am at the High Court, Auckland.
Any person desiring to oppose the application is required to give notice of their intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland;
(b) the applicant (whose address for service is c/o Armstrong Murray, 11 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland); and
(c) the Attorney-General (whose address for service is at the Crown Law Office, Unisys House, 56 The Terrace, Wellington (Attention: Craig Linkhorn).
