Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), of the intention to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal is received by
19 March 2014, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
