Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, of the intention to remove BELKIN LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the above-named company
has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, not earlier than three months after the publication of this notice, seeking removal of the above-named company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.
