Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the branch of ACO POLYCRETE PTY LTD intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
This notice relates to the New Zealand branch of ACO POLYCRETE PTY LTD which has not traded in
New Zealand since 31 December 2011.
From 1 January 2012, the New Zealand business has been operating through ACO Limited.
