Notice is hereby given that COALBANK LIMITED, a company incorporated in Queensland, Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will request to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
