The above-named company gives notice, under section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
At the expiry of three months after the date of this public notice, notice will be given to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which the company ceased to carry on business in New Zealand in order for the company to be removed from the Overseas Companies Register.
