Pursuant to sections 341(1)(a) and (b) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register after three months after the date of this notice.
Any objections to the removal, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies within three months of the date of this notice.
