Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
In conjunction with a rebranding strategy, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the company gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Note: The business of Cantarella Bros will instead be carried on by its subsidiary, Vittoria Food & Beverage Pty Limited.
