CITY INDEX AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from 30 June 2013.
Although registered on 11 April 2011 with the intention of carrying on business, no business has actually been carried on in New Zealand.
