Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that COGNIS AUSTRALIA
PTY LTD intends to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand and to give notice, under section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, to remove COGNIS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD from the Overseas Company Register on or after the date three months from the date of this notice.
Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar not later than three months from the date of this notice.
