Notice is hereby given that JEFFRIES PARSONS MYERS HARVEY LIMITED, a company incorporated in England, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
