New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the New Zealand branch of ASDAN ("the company"), an overseas company having its principal place of business in the United Kingdom, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and that
a notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies,
not earlier than three months after the date of this notice,
of the company’s intention to cease to carry on business
in New Zealand.

Note: The grounds for this request are that the company will have ceased to carry on business in New Zealand because all of its activities are now undertaken by ASDAN in the United Kingdom.
