Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Overseas Register
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar will be removing
the above-named company from the Overseas Register on the grounds that the company does not trade in New Zealand.
Any objections to the removal, under section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
