Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 16 April 2013 against Graham, Peter Robert, c/o Radius St Joans, 118 Waipuna Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland, was annulled at the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 309(1)(b) of
the Insolvency Act 2006 with effect from 10 September 2013.
