This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 October 2013, an application for putting KAPUA NETWORKS LIMITED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2013-463-460. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 10 February 2014 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
