1. On 4 October 2013, an application for putting STRATEGIC RETAIL DEVELOPMENT GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-4374. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 15 November 2013 at 10.00am.
