This document notifies you that:
1. On 4 September 2013, an application for putting
CA & SC TESSIER LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Timaru. Its reference number is CIV 2013-476-300. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday 29 October 2013 at 11.00am.
