This document notifies you that:
1. On 21 August 2013, an application for putting MEDICAL RECRUITERS OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2013-485-4105. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday 7 October 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Nicholl Holdings Pty Limited, an Australian registered company, whose address for service is care of its solicitors Wilson Harle, 64 Fort Street, Auckland 1010. The plaintiff's solicitor is Andrew Ian Clifford Denton, whose address is as noted above.
