1. On 6 December 2012, an application for putting MOLYNEUX PARK CHARITABLE TRUST into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
Its reference number is CIV-2012-412-960. The application is to be heard by the High Court at
Dunedin on 11 February 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant charitable trust, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
