This document notifies you that:
1. On 24 May 2013, an application for putting MATAKAU NIUE FITI -LAGAKALI TRUST, a board of trustees incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-2942. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Monday 5 August 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant board of trustees, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
