This document notifies you that:
1. On 7 June 2013, an application for putting COASTAL VINEYARDS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Blenheim. Its reference number is CIV-2013-406-131. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Blenheim on Monday 12 August 2013 at 10.30am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
