This document notifies you that:
1. On 15 November 2012, an application for putting NZ OCEAN FOODS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2012-470-948. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 17 July 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Wayne Lawrence Shailer and
Denise Minnie Shailer (as trustees of the Shailer Trading Trust), whose address for service is c/o Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers, Level 8, State Insurance Building, 65 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North. The plaintiffs' solicitor is Alastair Hall, whose address for service is as noted above.
