This document notifies you that:
1. On 6 December 2012, an application for putting TYR FOREST NEW ZEALAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2012-404-7352. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 15 February 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Lowndes Jordan, a firm of barristers and solicitors in Auckland, whose address for service is Level 15, PWC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Graham Jordan, whose address is as noted above.
