This document notifies you that:
1. On Tuesday 11 December 2012, an application for putting VIVACE HOMES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is 2012-404-7425. The application is to be
heard by the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday
13 February 2013 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Enviro Waste Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1140. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at the above address or may be:
