Incorporated Society into Liquidation
This document notifies you that:
1. On 5 December 2012, an application for putting the OTAGO BOWLING CLUB INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Dunedin. Its reference number is CIV-2012-412-959. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Dunedin on Monday 11 February 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, whose address for service is at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level 17, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street (PO Box 2213 or DX CP24063), Auckland (Enquiries to: F.
