This document notifies you that:
1. On 1 May 2013, an application for putting
BOP BUSINESS CONSULTANTS LIMITED
and TAX LINK BOP LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (both in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is
CIV-2013-485-743. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 17 June 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant entities, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Grosvenor Financial Services
Group Limited, whose address for service is Level 5, Alcatel-Lucent Building, 13-27 Manners Street, Wellington. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Oliver James Meech, whose address is Level 18, 125 The Terrace, Wellington.
