This document notifies you that:
1. On 10 May 2013, an application for putting
THE WAINUIOMATA MEMORIAL RSA INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed
in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number
is CIV-2013-485-794. The application is to be heard
by the High Court at Wellington on 4 June 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is The Wainuiomata Memorial RSA Incorporated, whose address for service is care of Collins & May Law, 4th Floor, Collins & May Building, 44-56 Queens Drive (PO Box 30614), Lower Hutt.
