This document notifies you that:
1. On 15 April 2013, an application for putting MAN ABOUT THE HOUSE (NZ) LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2013-485-610. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on 20 May 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Premier A Grade Insulation Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock
