This document notifies you that:
1. On 8 April 2013, an application for putting HAURAKI FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2013-404-1782. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 24 May 2013 at 10.45am.
