This document notifies you that:
1. On Wednesday 13 March 2013, an application for putting HUNTER GILLS ROAD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington. Its reference number is CIV-2013-485-402. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Wellington on Monday 20 May 2013 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
