This document notifies you that:
1. On 14 December 2012, an application for putting MEIKLE TRANSPORT LIMITED (now known as CDM LIMITED) into liquidation was filed in the
High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is
CIV-2012-404-7576. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 19 April 2013 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Michael Robert Ross, Bruce Stanley Ross and Terrance John Ross (as trustees of the
Frank Ross Trust), whose address for service is at
