This document notifies you that:
1. On 19 December 2012, an application for putting COUNTRY LAND LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Tauranga. Its reference number is CIV-2012-470-1062. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Tauranga on 15 March 2013 at 10.45am.
