Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("HSNO Act"), Advanced Plastics and Design Limited gives notice that it intends to apply for an amendment to the approved code of practice HSNOCOP 4-2 Design of Fabricated Vertical Cylindrical Above Ground Thermoplastic Stationary Tanks for the Storage of Hazardous Liquids with Class 5, 6, 8 and 9 Hazard Classifications.
The purpose of this code of practice is to provide a standard for the design and construction of above ground tanks constructed of polyethylene and polypropylene.
