1. Title, commencement and principal notice-(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun
New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013 Amendment Notice 2013.
(2) This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013*.
2 Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers (KVB Kunlun New Zealand Limited) Notice 2013 is amended by replacing the expiry date of
"31 December 2013"
with
"30 November 2016".
