Pursuant to section 52W of Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission ("Commission") gives the following notice.
On 25 February 2013, the Commission made the Gas Distribution Services Input Methodologies Determination Amendment 2013, [2013] NZCC 23 ("Amendment") in accordance with section 52X of the Act.
The Amendment amends the Gas Distribution Services Input Methodologies Determination 2012, [2012] NZCC 27 ("Determination").
The Amendment amends the process for calculating the initial regulatory asset base for PowerCo Limited to allow for its use of a different disclosure year.
The Amendment is effective as of the date of publication of this notice.
