Pursuant to section 139(E)(2)(b) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Finance hereby approves the application fee of $2,500 (including GST) to accompany an application to have a covered bond programme registered under
the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989.
