The Board of Drug Free Sport New Zealand has made the Sports Anti-Doping Rules (2014) ("2014 Rules") under section 16 of the Sports Anti-Doping Act 2006.
The 2014 Rules amend the Sports Anti-Doping Rules
(2013) and incorporate revised World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards.
The 2014 Rules incorporate by reference the following World Anti-Doping Agency International Standards:
(a) World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List International Standard;
(b) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions;
(c) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Testing;
(d) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for Laboratories; and
(e) World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information.

The Sports Anti-Doping Rules 2014 come into force on
1 January 2014.
