On 29 October 2013, pursuant to section 84 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Commerce Commission prepared a draft liability allocation determination for the telecommunications development levy for the period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013.

The closing date for submissions on the draft determination is 19 November 2013 at 5.00pm.
