1. Title, commencement and principal notice-(1) This notice is the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011 Amendment Notice (No. 2) 2013.
(2) This notice comes into force on its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
(3) This notice amends the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 March 2011, No. 41, page 996.
2 Renewal of principal notice-Clause 1(3) of the Authorised Futures Dealers (iPredict Limited) Notice 2011 is amended by replacing the expiry date of
"31 October 2013"
with
"30 November 2016".
