Pursuant to section 45 of the Maritime Security Act 2004,
I, Keith Manch, Chief Executive of Maritime New Zealand, hereby designate the following area on Queens Wharf, Auckland, as a port security area:
- That part of Shed 10 at Queens Wharf, Auckland (excluding the Ground Floor Reception and
Check-In areas), when within any fenced
and sign-posted area, to provide a secured area
for any cruise or other vessel.
This designation comes into force on the day after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
